Yvonne Garcia passed away at the age of 62 on Saturday, May 8, 2021 in Laredo, TX.

Yvonne was born August 3, 1958 in San Bernardino, CA to Raymond Delvis Combs and Betty Lou Combs. Yvonne’s family relocated to Centralia, WA in 1964 where she lived until she graduated from high school. Yvonne married Jesse Garcia on May 16, 1981. Due to Jesse’s enlistment in the Army, the couple traveled frequently before settling in Laredo in 1998. Yvonne was a loving mother, not only to her own children, Mario, Ricardo, Ernesto, Dominique, and Gabrielle Garcia, but also to Maritza Ramirez, whom Yvonne loved as a daughter.

Yvonne is survived by her beloved husband, four children, eight grandchildren, seven siblings, and countless friends and loved ones.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her son, Ernesto, and a sister.

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.
