Mrs. Yolanda Jasso Molina, 79, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.

Mrs. Molina was a devoted Catholic who dedicated 25 years of her life working for the Diocese of Laredo. A true pillar of her faith community, she served as a catechist at St. Joseph Catholic Church for many years and was a member of Vela Perpetua.

Mrs. Molina’s unwavering love for her family was evident to all who knew her.  She cherished spending time with her family, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Armando Molina; parents, Cenobio and Maria Jasso; brothers, Noe Jasso and Rene Jasso.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jorge Adrian (Carmen) Molina, Maria Yolanda (Rene) Mendiola, Armando (Blanca Estela) Molina, Jr., Maria Alejandra Molina; 9 grandchildren, Ashley Molina, Jorge Adrian Molina, II., Armando Rene Mendiola, Kassandra Mendiola, Pamela Monic Mendiola, Angel Rene Mendiola, Armando Molina, III, Orlando Molina, Rolando Molina; 4 great-grandchildren, Iker Zarzosa, Gonzalo Solis, Armando Molina, IV, and Amanda Molina.  She is also survived by numerous other loving relatives and friends. 

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday evening, May 30, 2024, from 5pm to 9pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday morning, May 31, 2024 departing at 8:45 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to St. Joseph Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:15 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will be: Armando Rene Mendiola, Angel Rene Mendiola, Armando Molina, III, Jorge Adrian Molina, II, Rolando Molina, Orlando Molina, Armando Molina, Jr., and Jorge Adrian Molina.
