“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.” (Ecc. 3:1-8)
Mrs. Yadira Yvonne Ramirez (nee Garcia), 36, was called to her heavenly home on Monday, June 4, 2018 in Houston, Texas. There are no words that can express the immense void that has now overcome our hearts, but only thru our faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the support of all that care about us, we will never forget her and hold her dear in our hearts.
Yadira was born to Manuel and Felicitas Garcia in Laredo, Texas on August 3, 1981. Yvonne loves life, lived life to the fullest, loved and welcomed everyone that she met throughout her life. She was the ultimate go-getter and was the source of family unity. Her nephews will remember her not only as their aunt, but as their superhero. You are gone, but forever remembered Yvonne.
Currently, she was an exemplary real estate agent, working for the local ReMax Real Estate Agency and having earned Americas Best Real Estate Agents by Real Trends Magazine in partnership with Zillow and Trulia in 2016.
Yvonne married the love of her life David Lee Ramirez on March 12, 2010 and to this beautiful marriage, a blessing was born unto them and was her ultimate pride and joy, Dylan Isaiah Ramirez, who together will carry her memory throughout their lives’.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her spouse and son as well as her parent’s: Manuel and Felicitas Garcia; siblings: Yvette (Kurt) Robinson and Pearl Garcia; paternal grandmother: Irma Garcia; mother-in-law: Elvia Ramirez; sisters-in-law: Diana (Rene) Benavides, Deborah Ramirez; nieces and nephews: Jaylen A. Rodriguez, Jason A. Rodriguez, Justin C. Segovia, Austin J. Segovia, Sarah R. Benavides, Ashley R. Benavides and Adeline D. Benavides. She is further survived by her community and friends at work, church, other beloved relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 5 to 8 pm at Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd., Laredo, TX; a Prayer Service will be held at 7 p.m. in the chapel, presided by Pastor Adria Luz Acevedo.
