Tomasa Vandenbergh

Mrs. Tomasa L. Vandenbergh, 72, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 10, 2017.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ramon Valentin and Maria Albina Lara; and her husband Alfonso Vandenbergh, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Blanca Estela Hernandez (Ernesto Benavides), Bertha Esther Hernandez (Jeremy Shriver), Alfonso Vandenbergh III (Cristina Herrera), Francisco Vandenbergh (Bianca Villarreal); her grandchildren, Christopher Alfonso Vandenbergh, Adam Vandenbergh, Haylee Shriver, Aalyia Vandenbergh, Francisco Vandenbergh, Jr.; brothers and sister, Jose Angel Lara (Maribel Fuentes), Miguel Angel (Rosa +) Lara, Valentin Ramon (Eva) Lara, Ricardo Lara, Jose Raul Lara, and Maria Inez (Juan, Jr.) Lara-Fuentes. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 14, 2017 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez, from 5 to 9 in the evening; with a Rosary at 7 in the evening.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 15, 2017 departing the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. to San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
