Stephanie Etel Muoz de Perez, 36, entered into the Kingdom of Heaven, Tuesday, June 28, 2016. She was faithfully surrounded by her loving, caring, and supportive family.

Stephanie is survived by her loving husband, Michael Perez; children, Leeann and Georgie Edward Perez, parents, Miguel Angel and Graciela Muoz; brothers, Miguel Angel (Judy) Muoz III, Juan Angel (Lizette) Muoz, sister, Crystal (David Olvera) Muoz; nieces and nephews, Ramon, Samantha, Louie, and Juan Sebastian Muoz; paternal grandfather, Miguel Muoz; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other loved relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 04, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Rosary and Vigil will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral procession will depart on Tuesday, July 05, 2016 from the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m.

Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
