Salvador Espinoza, 82, entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 17, 2015. Mr. Espinoza was born on March 25, 1933 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico to Esteban and Antonia Espinoza. His memory will forever be cherished as a wonderful husband, who was happily married for 47 years, a great father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Salvador is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Maria L. Espinoza; parents, Esteban and Antonia Espinoza; sister, Rosa Espinoza de Vasquez; and brother, Rafael Espinoza. He is survived by his children, Jesus (Cindy) Espinoza, Rosa (Roberto) Ramon, Lilia V. (Jose Luis, Jr.) Cardenas, Salvador H. Espinoza, Maria Antonia (Nelson) Taboada, and Salvador (Juany) Espinoza; grandchildren: Krissy, Jesse, Stephanie, Robert, Roselyn, Roshell, Little Joe, Melinda, Chris, Issai, Nicky, Bella, Edgar E., Salvador, Barbara, Nelson, Lizette, and Cesar; and great-grandchildren: Noah, Alexzandra, J.C., Andre, Krissy, Donna, Ella, Iker, Renata, and Lia. He is also survived by his brothers, Esteban (Guadalupe) Espinoza, Jesus Espinoza, Jose (Luz) Espinoza, David (Maria Luisa) Espinoza, and Antonio Espinoza; sister, Evenilde ( Roberto) Ochoa; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Monday, April 20, 2015 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez; where a Rosary will commence at 7 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday morning, April 21, 2015 departing at 9:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Pallbearers will be: Jose Luis Cardenas, Jr., Jose Luis Cardenas III, Cristobal Cardenas, Roberto Ramon, Jr., Roberto Ramon III, Jesse Espinoza, Jr., and Isaii Espinoza. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Noah Pea and Jose Luis Cardenas IV. Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
