SABITA DIAZ SANTIAGO
December 22, 1922 - November 30, 2015

Sabita Diaz Santiago, 92, was welcomed into the kingdom of heaven on Monday, November 30, 2015.

Pastor Sabita was a faithful member of the kingdom of God, having pastored many people throughout her 50 plus years of ministering and delivering the message of God. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fernando and Gabriela Santiago Diaz; and by her brothers and sisters, Nandi Diaz, Yuya Diaz, Octavio Diaz, Cresencio Diaz, Juan Diaz, Carlos Diaz, Marcelino Diaz, Ita Alicea, Justa Diaz, Fernando Diaz and Trinidad Diaz.

Sabita is survived by her beloved children, Adria Luz (Dr. Eliud) Acevedo, Elizabeth (Manuel Siverio Mena) Lopez, and Jose Emilio (Maritza) Lopez, Jr.; grandchildren, Yaritza Lopez, Eliud Adrian Acevedo, Itzamar Lopez, Eliud Emil Acevedo, Sabicamil Siverio, Adrielise Lopez, and Emil Lopez; brother Julio Diaz. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other beloved members and many brothers and sisters in Christ.

The family would like to acknowledge and give a heartfelt thanks to Dunamis Ministries, Dr. Rafael Mangual, Dr. Luis M. Benavides and other doctors, nurses, staff; as well as Laredo Specialty Hospital for their special care, attention and unceasing prayers and support provided during her illness. May God continue to bless the work you do.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, December 03, 2015 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Dunamis Ministries, where a Funeral Service is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

Funeral services will continue at Shalom Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery in Juncos, Puerto Rico at a later date.
