Rudy Rosas

June 18, 1956 — January 30, 2021

Rudy Rosas, 64, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Saturday, January 30, 2021.

Rudy was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who unconditionally adored his family.  As a grandfather, he daily poured his love playing and laughing with his grandchildren while leaving behind beautiful lifelong memories. He proudly served and defended his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. His loving memory will forever be remembered in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved him, he will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in passing by his parents, Hilario Rosas and Rosa Perez; brothers, Roberto Rosas and Raul Diaz, Jr., Raul Diaz, Sr. (step father); Elizabeth Rosas (niece). Andrew Click (nephew); and grandson, Mark Andrew Vigil.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Joanne (Mario) Bustamante, Sandra (Fernando) Guerra, Erika (Michael) Vigil, Jr., mother of his children, Judith L. Rosas and son Rudy Rosas, Jr.; grandchildren, Alejandra Bustamante (Jesus Carrillo), Mariela Bustamante, Anabel Bustamante, Rebekah Bustamante, Ariana Bustamante, Azariah Guerra, Zoey Guerra, Michael R. Vigil III, Isabella Rose Vigil, and Sarah Faith Vigil; and great-grandson, Ezekiel Anthony Carrillo. He is further survived by his siblings, Olga Esparza (Francisco †), Josefina (Agustin †) Sandoval, Maria (Alberto †) Romanos, Carlos (Bridgette) Diaz, and Rosa Idalia Diaz (Jeff Steel); and sister-in-law, Magdalena Rosas; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, other loved relatives, and friends.

We wish to thank all of our family, friends, and acquaintances that have expressed their condolences on the loss of our beloved father. After careful consideration and out of concern for everyone’s health and safety during this pandemic, Rudy’s services will be held privately by our family. Live streaming of his Military Honors & Rosary will be available on the funeral home website linked to his online obituary beginning at 5:15 pm on Saturday, February 06, 2021.
