Rosa Maria Rendon

Mrs. Rosa Maria Rendon, 72, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom early Sunday morning, January 26, 2020.

Rosa Maria was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend who was passionate about life; she enjoyed traveling and valued sharing her time with her beloved family whom she loved most above all else. She was the Blood Bank Supervisor for the Laredo Medical Center for many years and was a hardworking and dedicated employee. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Jesus and Elvira V. Palma; and by her brother: Jesus Palma, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving sons: Eduardo (Jessica) Rendon, Jr., Alejandro Edmundo (Alicia) Rendon, Diego Armando (Diana) Rendon; and adored grandchildren: Joshua, Jasmine, Jacqueline, William, Richard, and Demi Rendon. She is further survived by her sisters and brother: Yolanda Palma, Enedina Palma, Tina Palma, Isidro (Carmen) Palma, Felicitas Holguin, and Maria Celia Solis; her sister-in-law: Bertha Palma; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, other loved family members and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Wednesday evening, January 29, 2020 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday morning, January 30, 2020 departing at 8 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:30 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Eduardo Rendon, Jr., Alejandro Edmundo Rendon, Diego Armando Rendon, Joshua Daniel Rendon, Gerardo Isidro Palma, Gustavo Ivan Palma, and Edgar Ramos.
