ROSA CELIA VELIZ January 1, 1957 - June 26, 2015 Rosa Celia Veliz, 58, entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 26, 2015. Rosa is preceded in death by her father Felix Flores; and in-laws, Pedro and Dolores Veliz. Rosa is survived by her loving husband Arnulfo Veliz; sons and daughter, Arnulfo (Jackie Pea) Veliz, Jr., Ana R. (Edgar I.) Mondragon, Alberto de Jesus Veliz; grandchildren, Edgar I. Mondragon, Jr., Eduardo Mondragon, Andrea Veliz, Arlene A. Mondragon; mother Juanita Flores; brothers and sisters, Felix Flores, Juan Flores, Jose Flores, Gloria Hernandez, Alfredo Flores, Jorge Flores, and Jessica Garcia. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Monday, June 29, 2015 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 3 to 9 in the evening. A rosary will be held at 7 in the evening. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2015 departing the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
