Rosa E. Mendez, 67, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 5, 2015.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Enrique and Julia Perez; brothers, Enrique Perez, Jr., and Ramiro Perez.

She is survived by her daughter Lisa Rodriguez; son Rodolfo (Sylvia Palomares) Mendez, Jr.; grandchildren, Kasey Nicole Rodriguez, Hector "Papi" Rodriguez, Jr.; sisters and brother, Delia (Lauro) Pea, Juanita P. (Ernesto) Rodriguez, Patricia (Ricardo) Quintana, and Javier (Eva) Perez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 4 to 9 in the evening. A Rosary will be recited at 7 in the evening.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015 departing the funeral home at 8:20 a.m. to St. Joseph Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

Pallbearers will be: Ricardo Quintana, Jr., Roberto Quintana, Ramiro Quintana, Ernesto Rodriguez, Jr., Rogelio Rodriguez, Mario Molina, Laura Pea, Jr., and Javier Perez, Jr.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
