Rosa Ana Rodriguez

Rosa Ana Rodriguez, 64, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, May 19, 2024. 
 
 Rosa was a dedicated and hardworking individual, known for her warm and open heart that welcomed everyone she met. Her genuine love and affection for her family, shine brightly in every moment spent together.
 
Rosa's joy in life stemmed from simple pleasures, such as attending dances and immersing herself in the lively melodies of live music concerts along with her family and also loved watching her son perform. Her passion for music was evident through her admiration for Los Rieleros del Norte, a band that resonated deeply with her soul.
 
Rosa's commitment to her work and interactions with people left a lasting impact in the community. Her dedication and perseverance served as an inspiration to those around her, defining her as a pillar of strength and resilience.
 
A woman of humble beginnings, Rosa's love and kindness extended far beyond words, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of compassion and unwavering support will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones, cherished and remembered for eternity.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Estela Rodriguez; her son, Ernie Rodriguez; and her brothers, Heriberto Java Rodriguez and Jose Luis “Chelin” Rodriguez.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Mario Torres, Jorge Torres (Nancy Lara), Jr., Katherine Rodriguez, Ernie Rodriguez, Jr., Norma Rodriguez, and Victoria Rodriguez; grandchildren, Mario Torres, Jr., Keyla Torres, Nathan Torres, Karen Torres, Jorge Torres, III, Mariela Torres, and Gael Torres; her siblings, Sandra Rodriguez, Sara (Perfecto) Gaytan, Pedro Rodriguez, Jr., and Dionicio Rodriguez; as well as numerous, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Friday evening, May 24, 2024 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday morning, May 25, 2024 with visitation from 10:30 to 1 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 10:45 a.m. Departing at 1 p.m. to the Rite of Committal and Interment at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
