RODOLFO LARA September 20, 1935 - November 01, 2015 Rodolfo Lara, 80, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Monday, November 01, 2015. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 42 years of marriage, Amalia S. Lara and by his parents, Jacinto and Maria Lara. Mr. Lara is survived by his loving children, Rodolfo (Dora Alicia) Lara, Jr., Patricia (Arturo) Riojas, Eva Lara, Hector Martin Lara, Roberto (Carmen) Lara, Gerardo Noe Lara, Ramiro Lara, Oscar (Zoila) Lara, Mario (Annette) Lara, San Juanita (Francisco Gerardo) Contreras, Delia (John) Cooper, and Martina (Gerardo) Medina as well as by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 04, 2015 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez; where a Vigil for the Deceased & Rosary will commence at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday morning, November 05, 2015 departing at 9:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
