Roberto Ramon, Jr.

Mr. Roberto Ramon, Jr., 57, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Saturday, August 10, 2024. 

Roberto was a dedicated truck driver in the transportation industry for over three decades. His love for working on cars, particularly low rider cars, was evident in his passion and attention to detail.

Roberto was a beloved husband to his wife Rosa E. Ramon and a cherished father, grandfather, and father-in-law. His pride and joy was his grandson, Roberto Ramon IV, with whom he shared a special bond. Roberto will be remembered for his hardworking nature, dedication to his family, and his love for all things automotive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roberto E. Ramon, Sr. and Hortencia Ramon.

Left to cherish his memory are is his beloved wife of 37 years of marriage, Rosa E. Ramon; children, Roberto (Regina) Ramon, III., Roselyn (Carlos) Vara, and Roshell Ramon; grandchildren, Roberto Ramon, IV., Catalina Vara, and Mateo Vara; his siblings, Raquel (Jaime) Arambide, Jr., Laura (Jose) Lara, and Angelica (Juan) Torres; as well as by numerous extended relatives and friends. 

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday evening, August 15, 2024, from 5pm to 9pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday morning, August 16, 2024, departing at 8:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to Nuestra Señora del Rosario Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

A private cremation will be held at a later date. 

Pallbearers will be: Roberto Ramon, III., Carlos Vara, Jaime Arambide, III., Jose Luis Cardenas, III., Jose Juan Lara, Juan Aguilar, Salvador Espinoza, and Jesus Espinoza.

Honorary Pallbearer will be: Roberto Ramon, IV.
