ROBERTO CHAVEZ

Roberto Chavez, 19, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Sunday, November 26, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his father Jose Francisco Chavez.

Left to cherish his memory is his son Aiden Izeah Chavez; mother Yvonne V. Chavez; wife Esmeralda J. Salinas; siblings, Jose Francisco “Paco” (Melissa) Chavez, III., Kayla (Jesse) Chavez, Jose Francisco (Lesley) Chavez, Jr., Rebecca Nicole Peña, and Rogelio Peña; nephews and nieces, Ariel Leilani Chavez, Frankie, Danny, Emmalie Chavez, Kelsey Benavides, and Zaylee Torres; as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, extended relatives, and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Wednesday evening, December 6, 2023 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday morning, December 7, 2023 departing at 9:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to St. Patrick Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Laredo City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Jose Chavez, Jr., Raul Murillo, Jorge Murillo, Hector Murillo, Chris Meza, and Tavo Chavez.
