Raymundo Gonzalez, III., 60, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 03, 2022.

Mr. Gonzalez worked in Education for over 25 devoted years as a Teacher and Principal until his retirement. He enjoyed music and was beloved as a vocalist and musician. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Eugenia Gonzalez; his two daughters, Ashley Gonzalez (Kevin Cox) and Christina Villarreal (Lazaro); and his six adored grandchildren and his six siblings, as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held in his honor on Tuesday morning, December 06, 2022 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church,1718 San Jorge Ave. at 9 a.m. Everyone who will be attending is encouraged to please meet at church.

After Mass, a small Reception will follow at the home of Maria Eugenia Gonzalez, 1823 Lemonwood Dr., Laredo, Texas 78045, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pallbearers will be: Kevin Cox, Lazaro Villarreal, Mario Cisneros, Mario Cisneros, Jr., Hugo Canales, Gene Burges, Joe De Hoyos, and Tony Rodriguez. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Carlos Saucedo, Desmond Raymundo Gonzalez-Cox, and Lazaro Villarreal, III.

Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 59.

Private Cremation Services will be held at a later date.
