AUGUST 22, 1922 - DECEMBER 11, 2016

"Whole heartedly she loved and inspired me with transcending devotion. It was a blessing to have been her daughter -- to have been loved without condition. Her words of wisdom opened my eyes to the world and to myself. She grew old and floated away, but her love remains standing eternally by my side."

On Sunday, December 11, 2016, God called Praxedis Arreola to His eternal home. Lovingly and peacefully she entered into the arms of the heavenly Father, while being surrounded by her many relatives and friends.

She is proceeded in death by her husband, Roberto E. Arreola; parents: Eudoxio and Angelita Garcia; sons: Roberto E. Jr, and Pedro Arreola; granddaughters: Clemen R. Bell and Karina Villarreal; siblings: Trinidad Ventura, Fernando, Hortencia, Maria and Esther.

She is survived and will be dearly missed by her daughter: Irma (Carlos) Villarreal; Grandchildren: Roger Rocha, Jr. Roberta (Max) Benham, Christina (Sergio) Rodriguez, Ricardo M. (†Karina) Villarreal, Roberto Arreola, III; siblings: Guadalupe Lopez, Octavio Garcia, Elizardo Garcia, Carlota Lieck, Otillia Acevedo, and Laurentina Garcia. Further surviving her are an extended number of seven great grandkids, relatives and many friends.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, the 13th of December 2016 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral and Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez from 5 to 9 in the evening with a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary being recited at 7 p.m.

Funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, the 14th of December 2016 departing the funeral home at 8:30 am for a Mass of Christian Burial at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church at 9:00 am.

Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
