Mrs. Paula M. Sanchez, 103, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Monday, September 30, 2024. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vicente Medina and Alejandra Gonzalez; grandchildren, Aida Estela Garcia, Angelita Guerrero, Armando Sanchez, Fernando Martinez, Jr., Fernando Martinez, III., Dario Salazar and Jose Garcia. 

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ricardo (Teresa) Garcia, Delia (Armando†) Sanchez, Jorge (Dolores) Garcia, and Mary Lou Garcia Martinez; 19 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. 

The family will be receiving condolences on Sunday evening, October 6, 2024, from 5pm to 9pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday morning, October 7, 2024 departing at 8:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

A private cremation will be held at a later date.

Pallbearers will be: Ricardo Garcia, Jorge Garcia, Juan Martinez, Jesus Martinez, Juan Flores, Jr., and Jerry Flores
