Oscar Oswaldo Bedarte

Oscar Bedarte, beloved son, father, husband, brother, uncle, and friend was called to his eternal resting place on March 30th, 2022 at the age of 42. He was a hardcore Dallas Cowboys fan, loved music, singing, dancing, and making people laugh. He will be missed by all who loved him.

He was preceded in passing by his father, Pedro Bedarte Sr. and his uncle, Paz Bedarte Sr.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Sara T. Avila; step-mother, Isidra Bedarte; wife, Leticia Bedarte; and children, Mario Bedarte, Kimberly (Jesus Arce) Bedarte, Ebony Bedarte, Lizzy Jazlyn Bedarte, and Victoria Adele Bedarte. He is further survived by his siblings, Pedro (Hilda) Bedarte Jr, Clemente (Maria) Bedarte, Mario (Lupita) Bedarte, Guadalupe Bedarte, Jose Luis (Yesenia) Bedarte, and Maria (Jose T) Bedarte.

The family will be receiving condolences on Wednesday evening, April 06, 2022 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday morning, April 07, 2022 departing at 9:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Laredo City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Pedro Bedarte Jr., Mario Bedarte, Juan Ávila, Paz Bedarte Jr., Marcos Pusas, Jesús Manuel Arce, Gerardo Pruneda and José Turrubiartes.
