Oscar Garcia

Oscar Rene Garcia, 58, entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 22, 2013. Oscar studied at the University of Texas at Arlington. He established his own company, Bedrock Consulting, as a Petroleum Engineer.-He was a successful and well respected businessman in Laredo and the surrounding area. Oscar was also very active in his church (Grace Bible Church) and Community.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Genoveva G. and Armando H. Garcia; sister, Alma Rosa Garcia Perez (of San Diego).

Oscar is survived by his wife of 24 years, Patricia; his children: Oscar R. Garcia (of Kingville), Leslie (Jeff) Montague (of Virginia), Tasha (Alex) Tijerina (of San Antonio), Daniel (of Laredo), Abigail (Seth) Brown (of Longview); sister, Elsa (Marcos) Vidal (of Arlington); brother, Armando H. (Rachel) Garcia Jr. (of San Antonio); grandchildren, Nicole, Mason, Araceli and Aaron; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other loved relatives and friends.
