Oralia Sosa

Oralia S. Sosa, 91, has peacefully entered into the loving embrace of our Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 27, 2020.

Oralia was a strong and supportive mother. Throughout the course of her life she worked diligently to care for and encourage her children to excel academically and in life. She was equally as loving and loyal to those closest to her. Oralia was also a woman of great faith. She was an active parishioner of St. John Neumann Catholic Church and volunteered her time and effort at Doctors Hospital. Her warmth, compassionate nature, and unconditional love will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Valentin and Concepcion B. Sierra, and her eight brothers and sisters.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Martha (Eddie) Villarreal, Fausto Sosa, Norma (George †) Rocha, and Dr. Fernando (Anali) Sosa, her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday morning, September 04, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 102 W. Hillside Rd., Laredo, Texas.

Rite of Committal and Inurnment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
