Mrs. Olivia O. Gonzalez, 92, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leopoldo Gonzalez, Sr.; parents, Pedro and Genoveva Ortegon.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Linda D. (Rodolfo) Martinez, George Gonzalez, Leopoldo (Olga) Gonzalez, Jr., Homero (Dr. Richard Kopec) Gonzalez, Cynthia O. Rodriguez, Roberto (Elisa) Gonzalez; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other loving relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday, morning, September 7, 2023, from 9am to 11am at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez.; where a chapel service will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m.

The funeral procession will depart Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels at 11:30 a.m. to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery for the Rite of Committal and Interment.

Pallbearers will be: Rodolfo Martinez III, Gabriel Martinez, Ovid A. Rodriguez III, Leopoldo Gonzalez III, Robert Gonzalez, Jr., Allen M. Herrera, Joseph G. Gonzalez, Homero Gonzalez, and Joeddi Ramirez.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: George Gonzalez, Sr., Leopoldo Gonzalez, Jr., Homero Gonzalez, and Roberto Gonzalez, Sr.
