NICHOLAS MARTINEZ

August 23, 1957 - June 16, 2016

Nicholas Martinez, 58, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Thursday, June 16, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his father Nicolas G. Martinez.

Left behind to cherish his memory is his mother, Lydia Martinez; sons, Nicholas Joseph Martinez and Jeremy James Martinez; grandchildren, Mateo Martinez, Elijah Martinez, Mia Martinez and Isaac Martinez; siblings, Martha (Antonio) Tunal, Yolanda (Eduardo) Gonzalez, Alejandra Martinez, Rosa (Fernando) Reyna, Carlos Martinez, Estela (Carlos) Mejia and Magdalena (Javier). He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loved relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday evening, June 19, 2016 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring; where a Rosary and Vigil commenced at 7 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held Monday, June 20, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church.

Cremation services will follow at a later date. All services will conclude after the Mass.
