Modesto Ramirez, 81, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Thursday, July 09, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Antonia Ramirez; parents, Jose and Petra Perez Ramirez; and granddaughters; Rebekah Marie Hernandez and Sonia Ramirez.

Left to cherish his memory are his children; Maria Ramirez Lara, Jose (Rosa) Ramirez, Judy (Rogelio) Garcia, Isabel (Reynaldo) Rangel, Modesto (Francys) Ramirez, Jr., Veronica Ramirez, Raul (Nancy) Ramirez, Roberto Ramirez, Monica (Alberto) Cazares, and Ernesto (Elida) Ramirez; and 26 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; as well as by numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, other loved relatives, and friends.

Funeral Visitation will be held on Tuesday morning, July 14, 2020 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Chapel Service will commence at 1 p.m. led by Deacon Joe Longoria.

Pallbearers will be: Raul Ramirez, Alberto Cazares, Alberto Cazares, Jr., Roberto Cazares, Jaime Montalvo, and Jose Ramirez.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Laredo City Cemetery.
