MARTHA ALICIA “MA” CUELLAR

JANUARY 19, 1961 – OCTOBER 28, 2017

 

Martha Alicia Cuellar, 56, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 28, 2017.

 

She is preceded in death by her husband Norberto Cuellar.

 

She is survived by her parents, Pedro (Alicia) Gaytan; her children, Norberto (Sandra) Cuellar, Jr., Sonia Cuellar (Chris) Merino, and Elizabeth Cuellar; her grandchildren, Gilberto Sanchez, C. Anthony and Brianna Merino, Amber Castillo, Ingrid Garcia, Axel and Sebastian Lopez and Natalie and Samiyah Cuellar; her siblings, Alejandra (Armando) Garza, Francisco (Laura) Gaytan, Miguel Gaytan, Jorge (Maricela) Gaytan, Pedro Gaytan, Merced (Sara) Gaytan, Adrian (Victoria) Gaytan, and Gabriel (Mirta) Gaytan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, friends, as well as by her loving friends and co-workers at Prada Elementary and her extended family at the greater U.I.S.D. and their departments.

 

Visitation will be held on, Monday, October 30, 2017 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 4 to 9 in the evening. A Rosary will be held at 7 in the evening.

 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 31, 2017 departing the funeral home at 8:20 a.m. to Santa Margarita de Escocia for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

 

Pallbearers will be Norberto Cuellar, Jr., Francisco Gaytan, Miguel Gaytan, Jorge Gaytan, Pedro Gaytan, Merced Gaytan, Adrian Gaytan, and Gabriel Gaytan.

 

Rite of Committal andArrangements are under the care and direction of the funeral service professionals at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez, Laredo, Texas, 78040, (956) 722-0001. Interment will be held at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
