Maria Magdalena B. Molina, 86, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.
She was known by her close friends and family as Maga and loved for her grandchildren to call her Welita Maga, or Grandma Coco. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was enthusiastically involved with all her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and left them with many beautiful memories to cherish. She enjoyed music, celebrating, and making memories with her family. She will always be remembered for her spunk, strength, and overflowing love. She believed in the strength and unity of the family unit leaving behind an imprint in our hearts. She gave the word family a true meaning. She instilled strong family values in her children, loved unconditionally and was loved immensely.
She was preceded in death by her husband Rogelio Molina Sr., her two children Fernando Molina and Jacinto Molina, and her parents Luis and Elvira Botello.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Rogelio Molina Jr. (Maria), Mario Molina (Rosario +), Edgar Molina, Elsa A. Sanchez, San Juanita Avila (Gilberto), Juan Molina, Maria Gaytan (Roberto) and Roberto Molina. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Viviana Molina, Rogelio Molina III , Roel Molina, Ricardo Molina, Jacinto Molina, Elvira Molina, Mario Molina Jr., Cassandra Robles, Victoria Jimenez, Edgar Molina Jr., Manuel F. Molina, Daniel Molina, Felipe Molina, Jaymee Valadez, Janell Suh, Paulette Sanchez, Miguel Sanchez, Gilbert Avila Jr., Gigi Avila, Ricco Avila, Reno Avila, Amanda Molina, Juan Molina Jr., Angela Molina, Jamila Molina, Shalem Molina, Roberto Gaytan Jr., Maribel Gaytan, Erica Alfaro, Rudy Gaytan, Rey Gaytan, Ruben Gaytan , Elsa Molina, her 61 great-grandchildren and siblings Luis Botello Jr ( Hermelinda), and Yolanda Ruiz (Reyes).
The family will be receiving condolences on Tuesday morning, January 04, 2022, from 7 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 8:30 a.m.
Departing at 10 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Rogelio Molina III, Mario Molina Jr., Mario Molina, Roberto Gaytan, Gilbert Avila Jr., & Ricardo Molina.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Rogelio Molina Jr., Roberto Molina, Juan Molina, Saul Flores
