Maria Garcia

Maria Luisa “Chata” Garcia, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the age of 69. She was a member of the Bentonville Spanish Congregation of Jehovah’s Witness in Arkansas prior to joining her husband in Nuevo Laredo. She will be greatly missed

She is preceded in death by her parents: Pilar (Virginia) Moya.

Surviving her are her husband of 49 years of marriage: Agustin Garcia; children: Ruben (Mirna) Garcia, Maria Isabel Garcia, Maria Dolores Garcia, Agustin Garcia, Esmeralda (Jesus) Gonzalez, Virginia (David) Guel, Abel (Gladys) Garcia; 25 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; as well as by her siblings: Raul Moya, Leonel (Aurelia) Moya, Lydio (Isabel) Moya, Pilar (Juanita) Moya, Jr., Rosa (Polo) Medellin, Antonia Pexa and Yolanda Rubio.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 12 noon until 9 pm at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez; A Discourse will be held at 5 p.m. with her brother, Elder Raul Moya, presiding.

A cremation will be held at a later date.
