Mrs. Maria Isabel Lobo de Mejia, 61, entered into the eternal presence of the Almighty on October 9, 2017 surrounded by her loving family by her side.

She is preceded in death by her father: Antonio Lobo.

Left behind to cherish her memories are her beloved spouse: Arturo Mejia; children: Nadia (Pawel Szuszkiewicz) Plascencia, Luis Javier Plascencia, Homero Garza; grandchildren: Emma Plascencia, Gia Plascencia, Homero Garza Jr., Lucy Garza, Sofia Szuszkiewicz; mother, Celia Saenz Vda. de Lobo; siblings, Sanjuana, Rosario, Dolores, Diogenes, Enrique, Alicia, Jesus and David Lobo. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other beloved relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences the evening of Friday the 13th of October 2017 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A prayer service will commence at 7 p.m.

A Chapel service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday the 14th of October 2017 at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapel.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
