Maria Elena Ramos, 71, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Thursday, February 16, 2023.

She was preceded in passing by: her husband, Luis A. Ramos, Sr.; parents, Javier and Maria Ramona Venegas; granddaughter, Princess Adrina Jones; and siblings, Leticia Venegas, Reynaldo Venegas, and Delia Lopez.

Left to cherish her memory are: her children, Luis A. Ramos, Jr. (Cindy Velasquez), Nora (Roger) Villarreal, Laura (Robert) Briset, Gilda (Hector) Cuevas, Griselda A. Ramos (Juan Castor), and Ricardo Rene (Roxannalee) Ramos; 15 grandchildren, Roger Villarreal, Jr., Albert (Alondra) Briset, Issac Villarreal, Christian David Ramirez, Karla K. Villarreal, Delilah M. Ramos, Victoria F. Tovias, Olivia I. Castor, Brittney T. Briset, Juan Antonio Castor III, Airzbeydie Ramos, Joel Castor, Ricardo Rene Ramos, Jr., Arabella E. Ramos, and Allie R. Ramos; 1 great-grandson, Jaxon Alexander Briset; and siblings, Emilia (Pablo) Martinez, Javier (Dolores) Venegas, Adriana (Julio) Meza, Alicia Venegas, Jorge Venegas, Laura (Juan) Castillo, and Juan (Aurora) Venegas; along with numerous other loving relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Prayer Service will be held at 7 p.m.

Private Cremation Services will be held at a later date.
