MARIA GUADALUPE ALFARO

March 13, 1922 - June 13, 2016

Maria Guadalupe Alfaro, 94, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Monday, June 13, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Demetrio and Tomasa C. Alfaro; as well as by her brothers, Jesus (Catalina) Alfaro and Jose Guadalupe (Yolanda) Alfaro.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her sisters, Santa ( Gilberto) Vasquez, Carmen A. ( Carlos) Arteaga; brothers, Rafael Alfaro and Hilario ( Sofia) Alfaro. She is further survived by numerous generations of her beloved nieces, nephews, other loved relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday evening, June 16, 2016 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring; where a Rosary and Vigil will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.

Cremation services will follow. All services will conclude after the Mass.
