Margil is survived by his loving wife: Patricia Gonzalez; sons: Margil (Melina) Gonzalez III, Hector Manuel Gonzalez; granddaughter: Audrey Monique Gonzalez; sisters and brothers: Rosa Irma (Ramon) Santoyo, Homero (Rosa) Gonzalez, Martha (John) Keiser, and Miguel (Veronica) Gonzalez.-He is also survived by other loved relatives and friends.
