MARGARITO REQUEJO March 26, 1952 - December 22, 2014 Surrounded by his loving wife, children, mother, brothers, sisters, and numerous relatives, Margarito Requejo was called to his heavenly home on Monday, December 22, 2014. Margarito will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, and a gentle simple man. He will be missed by all who knew him. Margarito was a caring and selfless man, as he always tried to make life better for others never thinking of himself. Our love, thoughts, and prayers will forever be with him. He is preceded in death by his father, Pedro Requejo. Margarito is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years of marriage, Rosa R. Requejo; children, Patricia R. (Joe) Hernandez Jr., Rosie R. (Abel) Hinojosa III, Maggie R. (Juan G.) Garza, Rene R. Requejo; grandchildren, Aaron C. Hernandez, Fernando J. Hernandez, Daniela M. Hernandez, Alejandra Hinojosa, Eduardo J. Garza; mother, Josefina Requejo; siblings, Maria Elena Requejo, Rodolfo Requejo, Lucia Zamarippa, Eliza Adams, Josie Arellano, Jose Luis Requejo, Roberto Requejo, Yvette Rodriguez, and their families; siblings in law, Flora E. Lopez, Rene Ramirez Jr., Homero Ramirez, Aida P. Ramirez, and their families; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive condolences on Friday, December 26, 2014 at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd., from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a Rosary scheduled to be recited at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014 departing from the funeral home at 10:20 a.m. to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment will then follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
