Lydia De La Viña

Lydia De La Viña, 84, was called to the Lord on Sunday, February 9th 2020 in San Antonio, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Mendiola and Rosita Rodriguez Mendiola.

Left to cherish her memory are her siblings: Sandra (John) Burgess, Rosie (Ernesto) Cavazos, and Joseph (Edna) Mendiola; her children: Rene De La Viña, Hugo (Lucero) De La Viña, Anthony (Carmen) De La Viña, Lilly (Bill) Scott, and Lynda (Jeff) Frey; her grandchildren: Jaclyn (Carlos) De La Viña-Mendez, Janice (Roberto) Gonzalez, Janelle (Julian) Menchaca, Lucy De La Viña, Jennifer & Kevin Scott, and Colleen & Austin Frey; and her great-grandchildren: Max & Marcelo Mendez, Venice, Zoey & Lucas Gonzalez, and Julian E. Menchaca.

The family will be receiving condolences on Saturday, February 22nd 2020 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd; where a Prayer Service will commence at 11 a.m.  All services will conclude after visitation.
