Mrs. Lilia Zepeda Devally, 77, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Saturday, December 10, 2016.
Lilia owned and operated House of Tobacco for 35 years, an endeavor which she began in 1980 until her retirement last year. She will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Zepeda and Susana Medrano Zepeda; and by her son, John M. Devally.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Myra (Javier) Devally Solis and their children, Nickole, Justin, and Alexis Solis, Harold (Adriana) Devally and their children, Harold II, Anthony, and Andrew Devally, Edward Devally and his children, Edward, Kristen, and Michelle Devally, and Ronda (Ramon) Devally Maldonado and their children, Lily (Jon) Vela and Diego Lopez. She is further survived by numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Her family would like to extend their utmost gratitude to her physician, Dr. Marissa Gonzalez, in addition to her caregiver, Flor Medellin for the excellent care and personal attention they provided.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday morning, December 16, 2016 departing at 9:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to St. Patrick Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.
