Leticia Gallegos

Mrs. Leticia Flores Gallegos, 71, entered into the loving embrace of her heavenly father and savior on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at her residence, surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents:  Jose and Elvira Flores; siblings:  Jose Luis (Judy) Flores, Jacobo (Rosa) Flores, Gilberto (Deborah) Flores, Juan Antonio Flores and Guadalupe Lopez.

Left behind to cherish her memory are: her children:  Steven Chris Flores, Gene Gilbert (Roxanne) Gallegos, April Christine Gallegos, Chelsea Gina (Rudy Lopez) Gallegos, Elisa Andrea (Ricardo Gutierrez) Alva, Leticia Joy (Roger SantaCruz) Alva, Roxanne Marie (Ray Contreras) Alva, Jennifer Belle (Enrique Hernandez) Alva, and Enrique Alva; her grandchildren:  Autumn Renae Gallegos, Aubrey Elizabeth Gallegos, Carl Santiago, Victoria Rose Mendez, Sofia Kathryn Mendez, Donovan Anthony Lopez, Jasmin Rain Lopez, Kaden Damian Lopez, Arian Joseph Gutierrez, Liann Ariel Gutierrez, Christian Paul SantaCruz, Brandon Lee SantaCruz, Jeremy Ray Contreras, Jesse Jake Castillo, Valentin Gael Hernandez, and Jordan Hernandez; and her great-grandchildren: Dante Vincent Santiago and Michael Chris Santiago. She is further survived by her brother: Ernesto (Tony) Flores; her sisters: Elisa (Ben) Taverne, Mary Olivares, and Evangelina (Jack) Carlstrom; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd., Laredo, Texas 78041; where a Prayer Service will be held at 5 p.m., led by Rev. Guadalupe Puente.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 14, 2019, a Chapel Service will be held at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels at 10 a.m.

Interment will follow at the family plot of the Laredo City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be:  Gene Gallegos, Enrique Alva, Ricardo Gutierrez, Rogelio SantaCruz, Donovan Lopez, Enrique Hernandez, and Jesse Castillo.
