He is survived by his parents, Lic. Julio Cesar Delgado Perez Sr. and Maria Julia Gutierrez de Delgado; his son, Julio Cesar Delgado Dominguez III; brothers and sisters, Miguel Angel (Ana) Delgado, Laura Isabel Delgado, Julia Elsa-(Hugo) Delgado de Gutierrez, Luis Eduardo (Connie) Delgado, Carlos Armando Delgado, Cristina Viridiana Delgado; nephews, Billy Delgado, Richard Kahn Jr., Kisandra Kahn, Luis Delgado Jr., Miguel Delgado Jr., Viridiana Madrigal, Ana Cristina Delgado, and Enrique Delgado.
