Juliana Cavazos

Juliana Cavazos, 86, joined our Lord in His heavenly kingdom on Monday, April 1, 2024. 

Juliana, was known for her warm heart and generous spirit. She found joy in simple pleasures, such as knitting, singing, and showcasing her culinary talents in the kitchen. Her presence brought light and happiness to all those around her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Raymundo M. Cavazos; her son, Marco A. Cavazos; parents, Tomas Garcia and Juanita Rios; step-mother, Bernarda M. Garcia; siblings, Anita Gonzalez, Ramon Garcia, Juanita Martinez, Jesus Garcia, and Pedro Garcia.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Reymundo (Elsa M.) Cavazos; grandchildren, Sophia Cavazos, Raymundo Cavazos, III., Erika K. Cavazos, Jizelle Cavazos, Makayla Cavazos, and Marco A. Cavazos, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Gregory and Darien; sister, Bertha Resendiz; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday evening, April 4, 2024 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd.; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday morning, April 5, 2024 departing at 9 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
