Judith Rodriguez

Judith G. Rodriguez, 87, peacefully went to be with her Lord surrounded by her family on Monday, March 17, 2014. Judy was a founding member of the Elysian Social Club, and was also employed by Sears, Roebuck & Company for over 30 years. After retiring Judy went to work for the County Voting Office. Judith is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Jose Rodriguez; children: Judy (Arturo) Sanchez, Joe (Ezza) Rodriguez, Jr., Ricardo Rodriguez, Robert (Gigi) Rodriguez; grandchildren: Arturo (Jamie), Marco (Daniella) Sanchez, Maricela (Mike), Trianna, Donica, and Stefan Rodriguez, Daniel and Maegan Rodriguez, Gabriel and Margaret Helen Rodriguez. She is also survived by numerous cousins, and other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring @ Cortez from 5 to 9 in the evening. A Rosary will be held at 7 in the evening. Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 21, 2014 departing from the funeral home to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. Departure and Mass time is currently pending. Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
