JUAN BENITO VILLARREAL July 10, 1935 - December 15, 2013 Mr. Juan Benito Villarreal, 78, beloved husband and father was called home by his Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 15, 2013. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Olivia Torres; son-in-law, Mauro Heredia; and brother-in-law, Victor Gonzalez. Juan is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Manuela Villarreal; son, Daniel Villarreal; Diana Heredia; siblings, Rose Garcia, Helen Wilczynski, Raymond Torres, Joe Hart; brother and sisters in law, Felipe Alberto Gonzalez, Juanita Villarreal, and Maria Trevino. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loved relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, December 20, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Road. A Vigil will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Funeral procession will depart at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from the funeral home to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. Interment with Military Honors will then follow to the family plot at Laredo City Cemetery.
