It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Juan Jose Ramos, a beloved father, dedicated educator, and cherished friend, who departed this life on February 19, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on May 6, 1947, Juan filled the world with his vibrant spirit, and his legacy will forever echo in the hearts of all who knew him.
A lifelong resident of Laredo, Texas, Juan was known for his love of adventure and the beauty of simplicity. As an educator, he devoted 30 years to teaching at Santo Niño Elementary and Lamar Middle School, where he inspired countless students to reach their potential and instilled a love of learning that lasted a lifetime.
