Juan Moreno

Juan "Johnny" Moreno went to the Lord on August 26, 2011; he has been reunited with his loved ones.

Johnny was preceded in death by his companion Gwen Johnson; parents Leopoldo and Carlota Moreno; his brothers Leopoldo Jr. and Roberto; and his sister Norma Vela.

He is survived by his brother Daniel (Elena) and his sister Minerva (Joe) Sauceda; his brother-in-law Atilano Vela; sister-in-law Dora Moreno and Sofia Moreno; 15 nephews and nieces; and numerous other close family members.
Johnny is also survived by a long list of close friends including Amador Ballesteros, Margie and Tony Arizola, Raul and Maru Martinez, Juan Gaytan, Daniel Medellin, Carlos and Frank Cabello. His friends were with him day and night during his medical struggle. A very special thanks to all of them and especially Amador, Tony, his nephew BJ Moreno, and his provider Maria Ester.

He will also be remembered as Santa Clause; the joy he brought to children will long be treasured. For over 30 years children, family, and friends knew Santa Clause was real.

Johnny was a member of the Outsiders Car Club and while he valued his antique car, he also enjoyed participating in the many car club benefit functions.
