Juan M. Medina, 68, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 07, 2016.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Guadalupe Granados Medina.

He is survived by his loving wife Laura Medina; daughter Ana (Samuel) Gingles; son Juan Manuel (Lillian) Medina, Jr.; daughter Elizabeth (Eloy) Gonzalez, and numerous grandchildren.

He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Maria de los Angeles (Antonio) Medina, Jose (Eline) Medina, Fernando (Debra +) Medina, Alejandro (Mary) Medina, Teresa (Larry) Medina, and Fernanda (Gerardo) Leza; and other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday, May 08, 2016 at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez from 5 to 9 in the evening. A Rosary will be recited at 7 in the evening.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 09, 2016 departing the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. to San Agustin Cathedral for a Mass at 10:00 a.m.

Inurnment will follow at a later date.
