JUAN CARLOS SANCHEZ HERNANDEZ

NOVEMBER 4, 1963 - JULY 1, 2016

Mr. Juan Carlos Sanchez Hernandez, 52, entered into his eternal rest on Friday, July 1, 2016.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Diane Sanchez.

Surviving him are his children: Carlos Andres (Sandra Melissa) Sanchez, Carolina Sanchez Galvan, Joseph Brian Templin and Christian Misael Templin. Further surviving him are his siblings: Laura Gabriela (Juan Andres) Bermudez, Maria Antonieta Sanchez, Luis Eugenio (Martha Elena) Sanchez as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Rosary and Vigil will commence at 7 p.m.

All services will conclude in the chapel for a cremation service to be held at a later date.
