He is survived by his wife: Nora Elva Barrientos; children: Jayleen Contreras, Abigail Karen Contreras, Juan Manuel Contreras, III., Hipolito Vasquez, Jr., Gustavo Vasquez; parents: Juan Manuel and Julia Garza Contreras, Sr.; paternal grandmother:-Elia Contreras; maternal grandmother:-Guadalupe Garza; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loved relatives and friends.
