Jose Arnoldo Salinas

Joseph “Jose” Arnoldo Salinas, 73, was welcomed by our Lord into His heavenly kingdom on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.

He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. He was a very loving and caring man to his close family members and loved to ride his motorcycle whenever he had the chance. Mr. Salinas was retired from The City of Laredo Public Works where he worked for over 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Carlos and Hortencia Salinas; biological parents: Adan and Thelma Acuña; grandchild: Charlie X. Lopez; and brother: Daniel Acuña.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved companion: Paz Gonzalez ; children: Irene (Jaime) Delacqueseaux, Alice (Dave) Diaz, Thelma (Robert) Lopez, Sonia (Alexander Sessions) Zimmerman, and Jose Arnoldo Salinas Jr.; grandchildren: James F., Cody W., Christopher B., Jaime A. Jr., Robert III, Jessica A., Jennifer L., Samuel, Alex, Hannah, Rachel S., Jennifer S., and Joseph; great-grandchildren: Jade, Cody Wiatt, Macy, Julie, and Manuel “Big Mac”; siblings: Rick (Grace) Salinas, Sonia Garza (Juan Garza +), Vicky Acuña as well as numerous nephews, friends and family.

Private Cremation Services will be held at a later date.
