Jose Salinas, Jr.

Jose Eduardo “Lalo” Salinas, Jr., 22, entered into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in Laredo, Texas. Lalo was avid sports player who enjoyed playing soccer and after graduating went on to St. Mary’s University for a year, before returning to Laredo. He was a coach with the Laredo Heat Soccer Club and worked at Johnny Carino’s. His sudden passing leaves us a void that can only be filled by the many beautiful memories we have of him. May God grant him an everlasting peace in his Kingdom.

Left behind to cherish his memories are his beloved parents: Jose Eduardo and Mariana C. Salinas; siblings: Luis Ernesto Salinas, Frida Mariana Salinas, Edgar Alonso Salinas; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd., where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

Funeral procession will depart at 11:30 a.m., Friday, March 9, 2018 to Divine Mercy Catholic Church for a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 12 noon.

Cremation service will be held at a later date.
