Jose Ramos

Jose Ernesto Ramos, 85, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 10, 2015. Mr. Ramos proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather who will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Luis and Juanita Ramos; brother, Luis Ramos; and sister, Ninfa Aguirre. Jose is survived by his wife, Irene M. Ramos; his son, Jose Luis Ramos; and his grandson, Jose Luis Ramos Jr.; as well as by numerous other loved relatives and friends. The family would like to extend their utmost gratitude to his caregivers. The family will received condolences on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd., where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary commenced at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning, September 17, 2015 departing at 9:20 a.m. from Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels to Christ the King Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Pallbearers will be: Steve Ramos, Javier Aguirre, Sam Ramos, Rolando Flores, Gabriel Martinez and Joey Ramos. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Rudy Martinez, III, Luis Martinez, and Rodolfo Martinez, Jr. Interment will then follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
