Jose Hinojosa

Jose Alberto Hinojosa, 48, entered into the kingdom of heaven on July, 1, 2018 surrounded by loved ones.

Left to cherish his memory are his children Alexis L. Hinojosa, Jessica M. Hinojosa, and Joe A. Hinojosa; along with his father Jesus Hinojosa; siblings: Juan J. Hinojosa (Janie), Jesus C. Hinojosa Jr, Luis J. Hinojosa (Elva), Diana E. Hernandez (Pedro) and Miguel A. Hinojosa (Maribel).

Jose Hinojosa was a kind and loving soul, who greeted everyone with a smile. His priorities in life were always his family, friends, and god. Even on his darkest days he never lost his faith in the Lord. Jose dedicated 27 years of his life to the Webb County Head Start Program, where he made life-long friends. He was an amazing father, son, brother and friend who will always be deeply missed.

He was preceded in death by his niece Lydia Hinojosa, Mother San Juana Hinojosa, and grandparents Catarino Hinojosa and Vicente Hinojosa; Leonor and Cecilio Martinez.

The family will receive condolences on Friday the 6th of July 2018 from 4 pm to 9 pm at Joe Jackson North Funeral & Cremation Services, 1410 Jacaman Rd; Rosary will be recited at 7 pm.

Funeral procession will depart the chapel at 8 am on Saturday the 7th of July 2018 to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:30 am.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
