Jose Diaz

Mr. Jose A. Diaz, 101, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 26, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years Dolores A. De Diaz and by his mother, Cruz Lara; children, José de Jess Daz, Ricardo Alfonso Daz and Martin Daz; sisters Antonia Diaz de Guerra & Ernestina Marcos.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his children, Victoria Snchez, Juan A. (Mara Mercedes) Daz, Francisco "Paco" (Wilma) Daz, Gerardo (Cynthia) Daz, Carmen (Mario) Ramrez, Lourdes (Martin) Aguirre and Jorge Daz; 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren, sister Catalina Diaz Lara, Sister Concepcion Guerra Ramirez & brother-in-law Ramon Marcos as well as an extended number of nephews, nieces, cousins and other loved relatives.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson North Funeral Chapels, 1410 Jacaman Rd. A Rosary for the deceased will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday morning, June 29, 2016 departing at 8:30 a.m. from the funeral home to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m.

Pallbearers will be: Juan, Paco, Gera, Jorge, Mario, Martin, Joe, Mario Jr., Orlando, Kenneth, Neal, Martin Jr., Albert, Gerardo Jr., Gilbert, Joey & Luis.

Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
