JOSE G. CHAPA

July 12, 1934 – May 2, 2019

Mr. Jose G. Chapa, 84, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 02, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vicente and Maria del Refugio Chapa.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 54 years of marriage, Maria E. Chapa; his son Joe (Elba) Chapa; daughter Diana (Gabriel) Garcia; grandchildren, Liam and Isabella Chapa, Abigail and Andrea Garcia; brother Roberto Chapa; along with other loving relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Friday evening, May 3, 2019 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels & Cremation Services, 719 Loring at Cortez; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will commence at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday morning, May 4, 2019 departing at 7:30 a.m. from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:00 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
